Kitagawa Rotary Tables

In order to offer a comprehensive range of products, Kitagawa successfully designed a range of NC rotary tables, which provide accuracy and repeatability for all types of vertical machining. IEMCA Barfeeders (UK only)

IEMCA is one of the biggest names in barfeeding technology. With units installed all over the globe, the reliability of these products has been proved time after time. IEMCA Automated Gantry Loading System (UK only)

Manufacturing processes are becoming increasingly demanding. Machine tool providers have been forced to design ever faster and more accurate tools to ensure that the most stringent requirements can be met. More and more people are therefore choosing automation as an answer to cutting costs and increasing lights-out productivity.

The Automata gantry loader is capable of providing a simple retro-fit solution to customers requiring billet loading of large volumes of parts. Using an innovative magazine system and a robotic gripping head, the Automata can be successfully fitted onto any lathe or vertical machining centre. It can handle parts up to 10kg in weight and ensures trouble-free lights-out production.

Scandmist Mist and Dust Filtration System (UK only)

Scandmist is a Swedish based company, vastly experienced in the production and distribution of filtration technology for a range of industries. The parent company, Scandfilter, provides filters for the marine and microprocessing industry, for HVAC systems and surgical cleans rooms. This wealth of experience has allowed for the design of the most efficient filtration system on the machine tool market.

The Scanmist range has been proven in some of the largest workshops in the UK, under the most demanding application. It uses a coalescing filtration system, which requires no servicing and guarantees the life of filters for at least 12 months. Scanmist can effectively filter up to 99.9% of all neat oil or emulsion oil mist. Moreover the ScanDust range can offer effective filtration for the most demanding of dust extraction applications.
