Kitagawa Europe Ltd will be displaying via its UK distributor 1st Machine Tool Accessories which will take place from the 07-11 June 2010. The new QJR chucks will be on display. QJR are directly interchangeable chuck with the popular BB200 series as they feature the same through bore, plunger stroke and drawtube connection positions. This allows a new QJR08 to effectively replace a BB208 chuck without the need for any special adaption parts. The QJR which uses a quick change base jaw system that can accept standard metric serrated top jaws from existing B200 and BB200 chucks. Kitagawa's new GT Series Rotary Table range is a through hole unit capable of withstanding high cutting loads. It features a 200mm diameter table and provides spindle rotations of up to 41.6 rpm, for high speed indexing and has a rigid body design to reduce deformation under heavy load. The pneumatically clamped GT200 incorporates pressure monitor switches and Kitagawa's multi-plate disc brake technology to consistently achieve clamping torques of up to 820Nm. Furthermore, the GT200's double lead worm gear drive ensures simple backlash adjustment, enabling it to maintain an absolute positional accuracy of 20 seconds an arc, with a repeatability of 4 seconds or arc. Kitagawa Europe also have expanded the range of DH Series Collet Chucks with the addition of the new DHF65. This new Fixed Length version of the popular collet chuck will be available soon as a DHF65-A6 and joins the DHP Pull Back versions already available. The fixed collet position ensures that there is no part movement and it has a removable fixed stop in the chuck bore; giving high accuracy and making it ideal for second operation clamping. 

The DH Series is available with quick release gun and specialised collets and is the newest addition to the wide range of quick-release and standard collet chucks already available from Kitagawa.

Also the New BBT series chucks will be display in show. Powerful large trough hole BBT chuck action for secure and accurate clamping of components up to 53 mm and 106 mm diameter respectively.
The compact new BBT chucks are ideal for first operation work and are offered with standard A5, A6 and AS mounts to suit all popular machine tool types. BBT models provide a maximum grip force of 38.9kN and can be used at speeds up to 6500 rev/min, while larger BBT variant, achieve up to 101.9kN grip and have a maximum operating speed of 3500 rev/min.
